The examples you can hear on this site are part of a complete audio-CD with really terrible exercising of some boring instruments.
All CDs start with longer "songs" (about 15 minutes) followed by shorter ones. So, for the beginning, when the noise around you becomes unbearable, start the last track loud and annoying, so they can hear it (and leave the flat/house).
If that doesn't cause the desired result start from the last but one track (and so on)

History: We live in the country and my neighbours are loud and boring. The whole year they spend as often as they can a lot of time on the terrace to scream, shout, play guitar (beginner level, non-tuned on old strings), exercise drumming, celebrate excessively and so on.

So I started "acoustic mirroring" and played against them on my old violin - and believe me, that is more terrible as all their annoying noise together - and it works!
They got to know, that always when they are boring - an even louder boring noise waves against them.
